Looking for a great steak night near Alton? Every Thursday from 6pm, we serve up a choice of Beef Rump or Venison Steaks, cooked just the way you like them and served with our signature chunky chips and seasonal salad greens.

What makes our steaks special? It starts long before they reach the grill. Our landlord, Mark, is a butcher by trade and comes from a family of butchers stretching back five generations, so he knows a thing or two about choosing a good cut. That knowledge helps us source quality beef and venison that are full of flavour and worthy of a place on the menu.
Whether you're a fan of a classic rump steak or fancy trying our rich, seasonal venison, Thursday is the perfect excuse to leave the cooking to us.
